China Gas Holdings Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”, “China Gas” or “China Fuel”) is one of the largest cross-regional integrated energy supply and service enterprises in China. It mainly invests, constructs and operates urban gas pipeline infrastructure, gas terminals, storage and transportation facilities and gas logistics systems in China, transports natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas to residents and commercial users, constructs and operates compressed natural gas/liquefied natural gas filling stations, and develops and applies natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas related technologies. At the same time, the Group has also built a full business development structure combining value-added services and integrated energy on the basis of a huge gas user network.

Business China Gas Holdings Co., Ltd. is an investment holding company mainly engaged in gas business. The company operates through six major divisions. The Pipeline Natural Gas Sales Division is engaged in the sale of pipeline natural gas through urban and township pipelines, trade and direct supply pipelines. The LPG Sales Division distributes LPG to industrial and commercial users. The Gas Connection Division provides customers with gas connection services. The Engineering Design and Construction Division is engaged in gas pipeline construction business. The Value-added Services Division sells wall-mounted stoves, kitchen gas appliances, smart homes, bellows, alarms and bottled water. The Zhongyu Gas Division is mainly engaged in natural gas sales and gas pipeline construction business.
