("Kaiyuan Xinde") has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from November 26, 2024, after considering multiple factors including its currently available internal resources. The board of directors, after referring to the recommendations of the audit committee, decided to appoint Su Yawen Shun Accounting Firm Co., Ltd. ("Su Yawen Shun") as the company's auditor, effective from November 26, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Kaiyuan Xinde. The term of Su Yawen Shun will continue until the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
North Mining Shares Co. Secures Vital Licence Renewal

Gelonghui, November 25th丨North mining (00433.HK) announced that the group's management continues to work closely with government departments to complete the other ancillary licenses for the mining site (namely, the safety production license). On October 18, 2024, the Emergency Management Department of Shaanxi Province, china granted and issued the safety production license to the group, and following the successful renewal, the validity of the safety production license will extend until October 17, 2027. The safety production license is a significant license required for the group to conduct mining activities in the molybdenum mine. With the acquisition of the safety production license, the group's mining business can now fully resume operations.
