Boyaa (00434.HK) announced on August 7 that the group's revenue for the six months ending June 30, 2024 is expected to increase by about 8% to 12% compared to the same period of the previous year (about RMB 19.43 million in the previous year), mainly due to (i) the conduct of certain online operation activities and continuous optimization of game products and play methods leading to an increase in the group's online game revenue; and (ii) the group's hold of cryptos is expected to appreciate, generating profit from digital assets. The expected profit attributable to the company's shareholders during the period is expected to increase by about 400% to 420% compared to the same period of the previous year.
