On September 4, Gelonhui announced that on September 4, 2024, Boyaa Interactive (00434.HK) has been informed that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Handong Era China has participated in the auction acquisition of properties with a total price of RMB 56.272 million through judicial auction process. The properties include an office building named Sotek Technology Research and Development Center, along with its supporting factory buildings and several related properties. The property belongs to Xinxiang Jiarong Garden Management Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Xinxiang Sotek Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.) ("Xinxiang Jiarong"), located at the southeast corner of Daoqing Road and Xin'er Street intersection in Xinxiang City, Henan Province, China.

Boyaa Interactive (00434.HK) adjusted net profit for the first half of the year is approximately 0.288 billion yuan, an increase of about 405.5% year-on-year.
On August 22, Boyaa Interactive (00434.HK) announced that in the first half of 2024, the company recorded a revenue of approximately RMB 213.4 million, an increase of about 9.8% compared to the first half of 2023. This was mainly due to (i) the hosting of certain online operations and the continuous optimization of game products and gameplay, leading to an increase in revenue from online games; and (ii) the appreciation of digital assets from the company's holdings of cryptos. In the second quarter of 2024, the company recorded a revenue of approximately RMB 104.8 million, an increase of about 5.8% compared to the second quarter of 2023.
