According to this contract, the contractor will provide services related to the construction of logistics facilities on the land for a contract amount of RMB 45,139,583.50. Under the construction contract, the contractor is responsible for constructing a three-story logistics building with a total floor area of 27,789 square meters on this land. This land refers to the site owned by Hefei Uni-Asia located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Hefei City, Anhui Province, China.
