Accordingly, Haotian International Construction Investment has conditionally agreed to place up to 1,524,224,000 shares of placement shares to no fewer than six placees (and their ultimate beneficial owners as unrelated third parties independent of the company and its associated persons) through a placement agent on a best effort basis, at a placement price of HK$0.4 per share. The maximum number of shares under the placement is 1,524,224.
