EMPEROR CULTURE (00491.HK): A resolution for the automatic liquidation of H Cinematic by creditors was approved on December 13, 2024.
On December 13, Gelonghui announced that the Board of Directors of EMPEROR CULTURE (00491.HK) was informed by Ms. Fan Minchang, a former director of H Cinematic Limited and an executive director of the company, that a resolution for the automatic winding-up of H Cinematic by creditors was passed on December 13, 2024, under Hong Kong Ordinance Chapter 32 on Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions). H Cinematic (an associated company of the firm) is a company established in Hong Kong, primarily engaged in the operation of theaters in Hong Kong.
