Century Sunshine Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 0509) was founded in 2000. In February 2004, the company was listed on the startup edition of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and on August 1, 2008, it was listed on the main edition of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the first listed company in China specializing in ecological agricultural fertilizer. Since 2008, Century Sunshine Group has invested a large amount of resources in the research and development of magnesium alloy projects. The Group now has excellent quality and abundant reserves of dolomite mineral resources, and has built a production base for the magnesium alloy project with advanced equipment, which fully realizes the close link between independent supply of upstream resources and downstream production capacity. The obvious advantages of resources and scale have effectively enhanced the overall competitiveness of the Group. The Group currently has exclusive rights to use a number of technical patents for production processes and preparation methods for high-performance rare earth magnesium alloys and rare earth magnesium intermediate alloys. Among them, high-performance rare earth magnesium alloy products have been used in aerospace vehicles. Benefiting from the country's industrial policy, the Group's magnesium alloy project located in China's magnesium grain industrial park in Hunjiang District, Baishan City, Jilin Province, China was awarded the title of the first “China Magnesium Metal Industry Demonstration Base” by the China Mining Federation in August 2010; designated as one of the first 40 comprehensive utilization demonstration bases for mineral resource projects in China in October 2011; in February 2012, it was awarded the “Top Ten Technology Enterprises in Baishan City” by the Baishan Municipal Committee and Municipal Government of Jilin Province; it provided good conditions and impetus for the Group's further development. The Group's basic business is to develop, produce and sell ecological agricultural fertilizer products. It mainly includes various series of bio-organic fertilizer and ecological compound fertilizer products, including various brands such as “Green Drop”, “Lehehe”, “Clear Blue”, and “Harvest”. The Group's fertilizer series products are suitable for the growth of various crops, including tea, fruit trees, vegetables, peanuts, bamboo groves, eucalyptus and food crops. The biggest feature of the Group's fertilizer products is that they are conducive to the protection of the ecological environment and are suitable for healthy and safe crop cultivation, including organic farming, green farming, and pollution-free agriculture. The Group's main production base for ecological agricultural fertilizer is located in Jiangsu and Jiangxi provinces in China, producing a total of nearly 0.5 million tons of bio-organic fertilizer and ecological compound fertilizer per year.
