Henghe Jewellery Group Limited (the “Company”) is an investment holding company. The main business of its subsidiaries (the Company and its subsidiaries are collectively referred to as the “Group”) is the design, manufacture, promotion and trade of jewellery and diamond products. In addition, the Group also holds investment portfolios, including property investment and development, mining and other investments. As far as the jewelry manufacturing business is concerned, Henghe Jewelry Factory Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, is mainly engaged in product development, jewelry manufacturing and promotion. Its manufactured products are mainly exported and are recognized as a leader in the jewelry industry. Currently, the vast majority of our jewelry products tend to cater to the middle and high-end market. The company specializes in manufacturing precious metal jewelry products set with diamonds, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, pearls and other semi-precious stones. The Group has a fully integrated production plant in China and had approximately 308 employees on June 30, 2024. Its facilities include all aspects of jewelry design, gemstone procurement, gemstone carving, gold casting and alchemy. They are of excellent quality and are famous.
