Bank of China Technology Holdings Limited (SEHK number: 515) is mainly engaged in two businesses — printed circuit board (PCB) business and light emitting diode (LED) lighting products business. Since its listing in 2006, the Group's PCB business has been developing steadily, making it one of the top ten circuit board manufacturers in Hong Kong and China. A subsidiary company was established in April 2010 to manufacture, sell and install LED street lights in China. The Group has received government orders for LED street lighting projects in several Chinese cities, including Tianjin, Chengdu, Lanzhou, Zhengzhou and Lianyungang, while expanding a number of commercial projects to Hebei, Hunan, Shenzhen, etc. The Group is also a one-stop circuit board manufacturer, providing single-layer, double-layer and multi-layer circuit boards to multinational enterprises, large Chinese brands and electronic manufacturing service companies. The Group's PCB products are widely used in consumer electronics, computers and computer peripherals, communication equipment and automotive electronics. Bank of China Technology has established business relationships with a wide range of customers, covering China, the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore.
