CWT INT'L (00521.HK) earnings announcement: It is expected that in the fiscal year 2024, the Operation Business will record a post-tax profit of no less than 0.3 billion Hong Kong dollars.
On March 21, Gelonghui reported that CWT INT'L (00521.HK) announced that for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, the group is expected to record an after-tax profit of no less than HKD 0.3 billion from its continuing Business. This represents an increase of at least 400% compared to the approximately HKD 58 million after-tax profit from the continuing Business in 2023. The announcement stated that the anticipated growth in the group's after-tax profits for 2024 is mainly attributed to the following reasons: (1) The increase in pre-tax profits in the Logistics service segment, primarily due to the improvement in profits from freight Logistics business.
