Ruifeng Renew (00527.HK) invested 55.2 million yuan in Jiu Jia New Energy.
On July 15, GeLongHui reported that Ruifeng Renew (00527.HK) announced that on July 15, 2024, the company, the seller and the target company JiuJia New Energy Investment (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. have entered into a capital injection agreement. Therefore, the company has agreed to invest RMB 5.52 million in the target company. The additional investment will only be used for the energy storage project of the project company in Chabei Management Zone, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, China. After the investment, the registered capital of the target company will increase to RMB 10 million, and the company will hold 60% of the target company's enlarged registered capital. The target company is a company established in 2023.
