AJISEN (CHINA) (00538.HK) issues a profit warning: It is expected that the net loss in 2024 will not exceed 40 million yuan.
On March 5th, Gelonghui announced that AJISEN (CHINA) (00538.HK), compared to a profit attributable to shareholders of approximately 0.18 billion yuan for the year ending December 31, 2023, is expected to record a loss attributable to shareholders not exceeding 40 million yuan for the year ending December 31, 2024. The Board of Directors believes that the expected loss attributable to shareholders is mainly due to the following reasons: i) Loss on revaluation of investment properties: The group has revalued its investment properties, and due to the property market conditions in Hong Kong and mainland China, a loss on the revaluation of investment properties has been recorded. ii) Dining Business Profit.
