The company was incorporated in Shenzhen on December 30, 1996, and is mainly engaged in the investment, construction and operation management of toll roads and major environmental protection businesses. Currently, major environmental protection business areas mainly include solid waste resource treatment and clean energy power generation. In addition, the company also provides construction management and comprehensive highway maintenance services to the government and other enterprises, and relies on relevant management experience and resources to carry out service businesses such as project development and management, road maintenance, intelligent transportation, engineering management, and industrial finance. As of the date of this report, the Company has operated and invested in a total of 16 highway projects. The mileage of high-grade highways invested or operated is about 613 kilometers in terms of the controlling interest ratio; actively participated in various regional urban infrastructure development projects and invested in environmental protection, clean energy, and industrial finance projects; and had various platform companies for investment, construction, operation, environment, urban infrastructure and new energy sources. The Company has issued 2,180,770,326 common shares, of which 1,433,270,326 A shares are listed and traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, accounting for about 65.72% of the company's total share capital; 747,500,000 H shares are listed and traded on the Stock Exchange, accounting for about 34.28% of the company's total share capital. The largest shareholder of the Company is Xintong Trading Company, which is one of the founders, and currently holds about 30.03% of the Company's shares; Xintong is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen International (stock code: 00152), a company listed on the Stock Exchange, and Shenzhen International indirectly holds a total of 51.561% of the company's shares and is the indirect controlling shareholder of the company.
