Pan Asia Environmental Group Limited was founded in 1998 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 21, 2007. The group company oversees four major operating companies, including Wuxi Pan Asia Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Pan Asia Environmental Protection (China) Co., Ltd. (Shanghai), Shanghai Environmental Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Liaoning Pan Asia Environmental Design Engineering Co., Ltd., which each undertakes the functions of managing various divisions; the functions of product sales and services for the group; engineering design and consulting functions for the entire group; engineering design and construction functions.
