Detai Renewable Energy Group Limited (“Detai”, Hong Kong Stock Exchange: No. 559) is a leading operator of premium alcoholic beverages in China, directly providing customers with premium liquors, spirits and red wines from a variety of well-known wineries and wineries. At the same time, Detai also has two other business categories: R&D, manufacturing, and trading of electric bicycles; and investment in listed securities. In November 2012, Detai obtained the exclusive permanent distribution rights for the Wuliangye Brewery series, a top collectible liquor brand created by Wuliangye Co., Ltd. According to the World Brand Laboratory's 2012 “Top 500 Chinese Brand Values” list, Wuliangye ranked 19th. The Detai Huixin Group currently has a portfolio of solar electric bicycle models to meet the needs and increasing demand of different users. In recent years, the world has paid great attention to energy saving and emission reduction issues. The Chinese government has introduced a number of incentive policies to support the development of the new energy industry. The Group successfully acquired the electric bicycle business in May 2015, seizing the opportunity to enter the clean energy industry. Solar electric bicycles are one of the main products of the newly acquired electric bicycle business. The Group will accelerate the promotion of solar electric bicycles in the domestic market, improve their quality and increase product models. It is anticipated that the development of the Group in the clean energy industry and related businesses will advance by leaps and bounds.
