Dachang Micro Group Limited was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited on January 31, 1990. The Group's main business currently is the sale and manufacture of precision circuit boards through Dachang Micro Co., Ltd. (“Dachang Micro”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dachang Micro Group Co., Ltd., and Huafeng Microelectronics (Huizhou) Industrial Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dachang Micro Group Co., Ltd., respectively. The Group's road board plant is located in Shouhua Science Park with an area of over 800,000 square feet in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, China. The highly automated and sophisticated machines and equipment worth tens of millions of dollars in the plant are specially tailored to manufacture high-density interconnect and precision circuit boards and improve their quality. Our alliance with Japan's Dachang Electronics Co., Ltd. “Dachang Electronics” in October 2001 proved to be a success. Dachang Electronics is one of the top high-precision circuit board manufacturers in Japan and is currently one of the company's major shareholders. Since May 2011, we have strengthened our alliance with Dachang Electronics by becoming one of Dachang Electronics' major shareholders. Through the alliance, we obtain new and advanced technology from Dachang Electronics to support the new technology we need to manufacture precision road boards; the alliance also allows us to provide a wider range of products and meet the advanced technical requirements of the electronics industry. In order to meet the world's most stringent quality standards, we have implemented a series of aggressive quality policies. We obtained QC 080000:2002, ISO 9001:2008, and ISO/TS 16949:2009 quality certifications, showing that our top management is highly committed to providing high quality products to our valuable customers; and our ISO 14001:2004 quality certification also shows our valuable customers our high commitment to protecting the environment. We are continuously addressing the needs of the electronics industry. We continue to add advanced machines and equipment to clearly demonstrate our commitment to expand production capacity and our understanding that we need to keep pace with advanced technology to manufacture road boards, and we will do our best to provide the best quality road boards to our valuable customers. Our business partners are mainly engaged in the manufacture of electronic communication equipment, automobiles, office equipment accessories, high-tech industrial equipment, LCD modules and other consumer electronics products.
