Dachang Micro Group Limited was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited on January 31, 1990. Currently, the Group's main business is the sale and manufacture of precision road slabs through the wholly-owned subsidiary of Dachang Wei Group Limited - Dachang Micro Co., Ltd. (“Dachang Wei”) and Huafeng Microelectronics (Huizhou) Industrial Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dachang Weizhi, respectively. The Group's roadbed plant is located in Shouhua Science Park with an area of over 800,000 square feet in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China. The highly automated and sophisticated machines and equipment in the plant, worth tens of millions of dollars, are specially tailored to manufacture high-density interconnects and precision road boards and improve their quality. Our alliance with Japan's Daisho Electronics Co., Ltd. “Daisho Electronics” in October 2001 has proven to be a success. Dachang Electronics is one of the top high-precision road board manufacturers in Japan and one of the company's current major shareholders. Since May 2011, we have strengthened our alliance with Dachang Electronics by becoming one of the major shareholders of Dachang Electronics. Through the alliance, we receive brand-new and advanced technology from Dachang Electronics to support the new technology we need to manufacture precision road boards; the alliance also enables us to provide a wider range of products and better meet the advanced technical requirements of the electronics industry. We have implemented a series of aggressive quality policies to meet the world's most stringent quality standards.
