Fengdeli Holdings Limited (the “Company”) is a member company of Lai Sun Group (established in Hong Kong since 1947). The Company is an investment holding company. The main business of its subsidiaries includes development, operation and investment in media and entertainment, music production and distribution, investment and production, distribution of television programs, film and video disc products, and theater operations. Since June 9, 2011, Media Asia Group Limited (“Media Asia”, formerly “Rojam Entertainment Holdings Limited”) has become a subsidiary of the Company, and its issued shares are listed and traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited GEM (stock code: 8075). The Company currently holds about 67.70% of the total shares issued by Media Asia. The main business of Media Asia and its subsidiaries includes engaging in film production and distribution; hosting, managing and producing concerts and live performances; artist management; production and distribution of television programs; music production and publishing; licensing media content; and providing consulting services for planning and managing cultural, entertainment and live performance projects. Since November 2018, Universal Asia Group Co., Ltd. (“Global Asia Group”, formerly “Kadokawa State Group Co., Ltd.”) has become a subsidiary of the Company with 95% interest. Global Asia is one of the major film and video product distributors in Hong Kong and one of Hong Kong's major multi-theatrical theatre operators.
