The further directive is that each relevant director must complete 15 hours of training on regulatory and legal issues as well as compliance with the Listing Rules. If the relevant directors wish to be appointed as directors of any company listed on the Stock Exchange or to be listed in the future, a prerequisite is the completion of the training.
