Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy & Electric Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Company”) was established in August 2010 and is a holding subsidiary of Jingneng Group. The company was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 22, 2011. The Company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Group”) are distributed in 26 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions including Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Sichuan, Hunan and Guangdong, covering wind power, photovoltaic power generation, gas power generation and heating, small and medium-sized hydropower, energy storage and other clean energy generation businesses. It is a leading wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation operator in China and the largest gas thermal power supplier in Beijing, and is an industry-leading clean energy brand. As of December 31, 2023, the company's total installed power generation capacity was 14.482 million kilowatts, of which 9.78 million kilowatts of renewable energy were installed. The company has an installed wind power capacity of 5.566 million kilowatts, mainly located in Inner Mongolia, Ganning, Shaanxi, and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions, which are rich in wind resources in China; the company has an installed capacity of 3.818 million kilowatts of photovoltaic power generation, distributed in northwest China, North China, and southern China; the company operates seven gas cogeneration plants in Beijing, with an installed capacity of 4.702 million kilowatts.
