Yima International Holdings Limited (“IMAGI”) is a company listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (HKEx stock code: 585). IMAGI is mainly engaged in comprehensive financial services business, investment holding, computer imaging business and entertainment business. The Group's comprehensive financial services business includes securities investment and proprietary trading, provision of securities brokerage services, guarantee financing services, placement and underwriting services, investment consulting and management services, and money lending services. The entertainment business includes investment in film production. The first film the company invested in was publicly screened in October 2019. Brief history Italy's first computer-animated film “Ninja Turtles” was screened in March 2007 and won the US Open Box Office Championship, making it the first Asian animated film in history to break this record. “Astro Boy” is Italy's second computer-animated film. It was screened worldwide in October 2009. Yima holds the copyright “Cat Story”. It will be developed as a computer-animated film within the next 18 months and distributed in Greater China and other Chinese-speaking countries. As the intellectual property holder for the animated film “Astro Boy”, the TV series “Adventures in Time and Space”, and the film “Cat Story” currently in production, Italy will strive to develop its animation content to promote related consumer goods licensing and education services. Development strategies Since 2014, Italy's business has extended to financial investment and investment in corporate bonds initially listed in Hong Kong and other regions.
