Our founder, Mr. Xun Minghong, graduated from Anhui University and established Fujian Jianzhong Construction Technology Co., Ltd. in Fujian Province in 2012, specializing in trading and leasing of construction machinery, equipment and tools. The construction machinery, equipment and tool trading and leasing business has always been one of our major strengths. We have accumulated a great deal of resources, expertise and ability from the construction industry. Since then, we have gradually developed into a regional foundation engineering service provider in Fujian Province, and our business has spread across many provinces in China. Our business mainly includes foundation works (including drilling piles, sheet piles, underground continuous walls and roof pipe works). As a complement to our foundation engineering services, we also provide a wide range of other construction services, including formwork and scaffolding works (including formwork and temporary scaffolding design, scaffolding manufacturing and installation services); sewage treatment infrastructure construction; and other construction works (mainly mechanical and electrical engineering). We also have a full range of construction machinery and equipment, which can handle complex and large-scale construction projects, which helps us seize business opportunities in the construction market and engage in construction machinery, equipment and tool leasing services. We also operate sewage treatment plants and sell construction materials and equipment under BOT agreements.
