Zhongjun Commercial Management Smart Service Holdings Limited (“Zhongjun Commercial Management” or “the Company”, together with its subsidiaries collectively referred to as the “Group”) was established in 2003, mainly engaged in property management services. Its shares were listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Exchange”) in July 2021 (stock code: 606). The Company is a subsidiary of Zhongjun Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Zhongjun Holdings” for short, together with its subsidiaries but excluding the Group, collectively known as “Zhongjun Group”) (stock code: 1966). The Group's main business includes two major segments: commercial property management and operation services and residential property management services. The company's operating headquarters is located in Shanghai, and the scope of services covers the West Coast Economic Zone, the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, the Bohai Rim Economic Zone, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Midwest region. As of June 30, 2024, the Group had a large contracted property management portfolio in 60 cities in 19 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of the People's Republic of China (“China”), including Anhui, Beijing, Chongqing, Fujian, Guangdong, Hebei, Henan, Hunan, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Liaoning, Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Shanghai, Tianjin, Yunnan and Zhejiang. The Group's Commercial Property Management Services Division and Residential Property Management Services Division were awarded the “Top 30 Most Influential Commercial Real Estate Enterprises” and the “2024 China Top 100 Property Service Companies” by Wanshang Club and the China Index Research Institute. As of June 30, 2014, the Group had 257 contracted and managed projects (including commercial and residential) respectively, with a total contracted construction area of about 47.7 million square meters and a total construction area under management of about 32.5 million square meters.
