Eminence ent (00616.HK) issued a profit warning: it is expected to incur a net loss of no less than 0.24 billion Hong Kong dollars in the mid-term.
Gelonghui, November 22丨Eminence Ent (00616.HK) announced that compared to a net loss of approximately 0.1583 billion HKD for the six months ended September 30, 2023, the group expects to report a net loss of no less than 0.24 billion HKD for the six months ending September 30, 2024. The expected increase in net loss is mainly due to (including) (i) an increase in losses from changes in the fair value of investment properties; (ii) net losses from changes in the fair value of financial assets recognized at fair value through profit or loss; (iii) losses from modifications to convertible bond terms; and (iv) an increase in financing costs, partially offset by the hold made.
