Grace Signpost November 12th | Bonjour Holdings (00653.HK) announced that on November 12, 2024, the company entered into a subscription agreement with subscriber Mr. Chen Jianwen. Accordingly, the subscriber has conditionally agreed to subscribe and the company has conditionally agreed to issue and issue 0.21 billion subscription shares to the subscriber at a subscription price of HK$0.158 per subscription share, to be paid by offsetting part of the amount due of HK$33.18 million. As of the subscription agreement date, the outstanding principal amount and accrued interest under the shareholder loan amounted to approximately HK$74.585 million. After completion, the shareholder loan of HK$33.18 million shall be deemed.
