DOYEN INTL HOLD (00668.HK): The privatization plan has been approved by the court.
On February 25, Gelonghui announced that DOYEN INTL HOLD (00668.HK) has proposed to privatize the company through an arrangement in accordance with section 673 of the Companies Ordinance regarding Silver Holdings Limited. The plan was approved by the court on February 25, 2025 (Tuesday) without needing any revisions. The reduction of issued share capital involved in this plan was also confirmed by the court on the same day. The court issued an order on February 25, 2025 (Tuesday), which includes approval of the plan and confirmation of the capital reduction in accordance with section 229 of the Companies Ordinance. It is expected that (i) the order will be sealed.
