Zhongan Group Co., Ltd. (00672.HK) was founded in 1997 and listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited on November 13, 2007. It became the second real estate company in Zhejiang Province to be listed on the Hong Kong Main Board, and recorded the highest amount of financing for Zhejiang housing enterprises listed in Hong Kong at the time.
