On February 4, Glonghui reported that EPI (HOLDINGS) (00689.HK) announced that the Board of Directors proposed the implementation of a capital reorganization, which involves a share consolidation and capital reduction. The Board of Directors recommends merging every ten (10) existing issued shares into one (1) consolidated share. The share consolidation must await approval from the Shareholder at the special general meeting before it can take effect. As of the date of this announcement, there are 5,240,344,044 shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 issued existing shares that are fully paid or recorded as fully paid.
