On February 13, Gelonghui reported that GIORDANO INT'L (00709.HK) announced that for the year ending December 31, 2024, the profit attributable to Shareholders ("profit") is expected to be between 0.205 billion and 0.225 billion HKD, a significant decrease compared to the previous year. The decrease in profit is mainly due to several factors reflected in the group's financial performance in the first half of the fiscal year, which still affects the group's performance during the period, including one-off non-recurring and non-comparable expenses incurred due to the company's requirement to hold a special general meeting in the first half of the fiscal year and the poor performance of its related business leading to the share of income from the South Korean joint venture.
