PERFECTECH INTL (00765.HK) announced that the group expects a comprehensive net loss for the six months ending June 30, 2024 to increase by 75% compared to the six months ending June 30, 2023, with a loss of HKD 10.78 million. This is mainly due to the following reasons: (1) a decrease in toy product sales, resulting in a significant decrease in the group's revenue by about 7.4% and a decrease in gross margin from 29.1% to 21.4%; and (2) a decrease in net foreign exchange gains by about 64.5%.
