About CHINA RAREEARTH Company

China Rare Earth Holdings Co., Ltd. (previously known as Yixing Xinwei Holdings Co., Ltd.) is one of the largest producers of rare earths and refractory materials in the country. The Group was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 15, 1999. It is the first privately owned rare earth and refractory material manufacturer listed overseas in China. The Group's business began in 1987 in Yixing City, Jiangsu Province, China. It developed from a rare earth separation plant to today's internationally renowned manufacturer of rare earths and refractory materials, and was issued an ISO9002 standard certification in January 1999. Currently, the Group's production capacity for rare earths and refractory materials has reached 6,500 tons (REO) and 100,000 tons, respectively. In addition, fluorescent materials, polishing powders and high-temperature ceramics are also one of the Group's important production projects. The Group's production facilities include rare earth separation plants and refractory material production plants. The rare earth separation plant has a number of rare earth extraction production lines, using the latest domestic and foreign technology production and control equipment. The refractory manufacturing plant has ultra-high temperature tunnel kilns, high-tonnage brick presses, and production lines for unshaped refractory materials. We aim to produce the highest quality rare earth and refractory products with first-class production equipment. The rare earth products produced by the Group are various industrial products such as modern high-tech and traditional products, such as electronic equipment, computers, motor-driven motors, liquid crystal displays, digital video and audio discs, permanent magnet materials, magnetic memory, optical fiber communication, superconductors, mobile phone batteries, precision optical instruments, and environmentally friendly and energy-saving products; refractory materials are widely used in petrochemicals, metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, glass, building materials, fertilizer, cement and other industrial high temperature treatment equipment. Currently, rare earth products are mainly exported to the United States, Japan, Europe and South Korea, while refractory materials are mainly sold domestically and exported to Japan. General Electric, NEC Glass, Siemens, Shin-Etsu Chemical, Kurosaki Harima, and many famous multinational companies are all customers of the Group. The Group has a professional research and development center, which focuses on improving existing products and developing new products, as well as a competent sales and marketing team to maintain close ties with customers and actively develop new businesses. The Group will develop more environmentally friendly, energy-saving and high-value-added deep-processing products, which not only focus on environmental protection, but also meet market needs.
