7ROAD (00797.HK) plans to acquire all equity of Shanghai Lingsuda Technology for 0.122 billion yuan.
On December 23, the company Glorious announced that on December 23, 2024, the buyer Wuxi Qidao Yunrui and Wuxi 7ROAD Technology (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed agreements with the sellers Beihai Hexi and Wuxi Feiye. According to these agreements, the buyer agreed to acquire and the seller agreed to sell all partnership interests of Shanghai Lingxuda Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership), with a total price of 0.122 billion yuan. After this acquisition is completed, the partnership will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Wuxi 7ROAD Technology still needs to inject 9,850,000 yuan into the partnership.
