We are a financial services agency headquartered in Hong Kong, providing customized services to individual and corporate clients. Our main business includes (i) securities brokerage; (ii) securities mortgage lending; and (iii) placement and underwriting. Through our principal operating subsidiary, Keystone Securities Limited (“PSL”), we are licensed to engage in Type 1 (securities trading) regulated activities in Hong Kong under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, including brokerage services, margin financing services, and placement and underwriting services. PSL is also an exchange participant. To provide customers with one-stop securities mortgage lending services, we also provide money lending services on a case-by-case basis. This business is carried out through our subsidiary Dingshi Capital Group Limited (an entity licensed and regulated by the Money Lenders Regulations).
