GLOBAL BIO-CHEM (00809.HK) expects annual revenue and gross profit to increase by approximately 45.7% and 338.1% respectively.
On March 13, Gelonghui announced that GLOBAL BIO-CHEM (00809.HK) expects to record net income (excluding tax effects) ranging from approximately HKD 600,000,000 to HKD 800,000,000 for the year ending December 31, 2024, significantly lower than the net income (excluding tax effects) of approximately HKD 4,178,100,000 recorded by the Group last year for ongoing and discontinued business operations. The discontinued operations during the same period last year included (among others) the operations of GLOBAL SWEET Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, ending in December 2023.
