CSMall Subsidiary to Sell 51% Stake in Fresh Food Operator
Chi silver gp(00815.HK) and csmall(01815.HK): Shenzhen Guojin Tongbao plans to sell the fresh food retail business segment.
Grain Hui Nov 5th | Chi Silver Group (00815.HK) board of directors and csmall (01815.HK) board of directors happily jointly announced that on November 5, 2024, the seller, Shenzhen Guojin Tongbao Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of csmall and a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Chi Silver), signed an equity transfer agreement with the buyer Shanghai Xinding Metal Materials Co., Ltd., whereby the seller conditionally agreed to sell, and the buyer conditionally agreed to purchase 51% equity of the target company for RMB 0.3 million. The target company controls the structured entity of Jiangsu Nongmu through the Agro-Pastoral Specialized Entity Agreement.
