KA SHUI INT'L (00822.HK): Chiu Wai Man resigns as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.
On December 31, Gelonghui reported that KA SHUI INT'L (00822.HK) announced that starting from December 31, 2024: 1. Chu Weimin has resigned as the company's Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. During the transition period, the company’s Chairman and Executive Director, Li Yuanfa, will temporarily assume the role of Chief Executive Officer until a suitable candidate can be appointed; 2. After Chu Weimin's resignation, he will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative under Listing Rules Article 3.05. Executive Director Chen Suhua has been appointed to replace him as the company's authorized representative; and 3. With the resignation of Chu Weimin, he will also no longer hold the positions of member of the company's Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.

KA SHUI INT'L (00822.HK) plans to sell 40% of its equity in Jia Mei New Materials Technology (Yulin) for 10 million yuan.
On December 23, 2023, KA SHUI INT'L (00822.HK) announced that on December 23, 2024, the seller (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the buyer entered into an Equity Transfer Agreement, whereby the seller agreed to sell and the buyer agreed to purchase an equity stake (40% of the target company KAMEI NEW MATERIALS TECHNOLOGY (Yulin) CO., LTD.), for a total cash consideration of 10 million yuan. The target company is a limited liability company established in China on September 18, 2021, and is currently wholly owned by the seller and KA SHUI METAL. The target company primarily engages in the sales and production of Metal materials.
