ALLTRONICS: ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024
ALLTRONICS (00833.HK) profit warning: expected net profit attributable to owners in 2024 will decline by approximately 40% year-on-year.
On March 25, Gelonghui announced that ALLTRONICS (00833.HK) expects the profit attributable to the company's owners for the year ending December 30, 2024, based on the latest audited consolidated management accounts and currently available information, to decrease by approximately 40% compared to the profit of about 0.108 billion Hong Kong dollars for the year ending December 30, 2023. The reasons for the decline in profit are mainly due to the following factors: (i) a decrease in electronic product sales revenue of approximately 20% due to reduced customer demand during this period; and (ii) changes in the fair value of financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss during this period.
