About CHINA RES POWER Company

China Resources Power Holdings Limited (the “Company” or “China Resources Power”) mainly invests in, develops, operates and manages wind farms, photovoltaic power plants, hydropower plants and other clean and renewable energy projects and coal-fired power plants in China. The business also involves distributed energy, electricity sales, smart energy, and coal. On December 31, 2023, China Resources Electric Power operated 47 coal-fired power plants, 183 wind farms, 123 photovoltaic power plants, 28 hydropower plants and 5 gas power plants. The company's total operating equity installed capacity is 59,764 megawatts, of which 27.8% is located in central China, 26.1% in East China, 15.8% in South China, 13.8% in North China, 7.0% in Northwest China, 4.9% in Southwest China, and 4.6% in Northeast China. The total installed capacity of wind power, hydropower and photovoltaic power generation operating rights is 22,597 megawatts, accounting for about 37.8% of the total operating equity installed capacity. Since September 7, 2020, China Resources Power has been selected as a constituent stock of the Hang Seng ESG50 Index and the Hang Seng Sustainable Business Benchmark Index for four consecutive years. China Resources Power has always adhered to the concept of sustainable development and integrated the implementation of environmental, social and corporate governance (“ESG”) responsibilities into the company's strategy and business operations. The company has published sustainable development reports for 14 consecutive years, continuously examined its own performance and shortcomings, strived to improve its ability to implement sustainable development, and lay the foundation for the company's long-term value creation.
