On March 18, Gelonghui announced that CONGYU INTE AGR (00875.HK) had met all the prerequisites for the subscription agreement, and the completion of the subscription will be implemented on March 18, 2025, according to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. According to the terms of the subscription agreement, a total of 75,851,407 new shares have been allocated and issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of HKD 0.565 per share.
