On January 9, Glorious Securities announced that EMPEROR WATCH&J (00887.HK) entered into a placement agreement with the placement agent on January 9, 2025, in which the company conditionally agreed to place up to 477,250,000 placement shares at a price of HKD 0.167 per share to investors through the placement agent on a best efforts basis, and the relevant investors and their ultimate beneficial owners will be independent third parties. The maximum number of placement shares represents approximately 7.04% of the company's existing issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, and approximately 6.58% of the company's issued share capital after the placement shares are allotted and issued.
