Datronix Holdings (00889.HK): Xiao Youzhong appointed as Chairman of the board of directors and CEO.
On August 21, Datronix Holdings (00889.HK) announced that due to his retirement plan, Paul Siu retired and resigned as chairman of the board of directors, CEO, executive director, and member of the remuneration committee, effective from August 21, 2024. After his resignation, he will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company. Following Paul Siu's retirement and resignation, Vice Chairman and Executive Director Siu Yuzhong was appointed as the chairman of the board of directors and CEO, effective from August 21, 2024. In addition, Siu Liana, an executive director of the company, has been appointed as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules to fill.
