On April 15, GELONGHUI reported that ELEGANCEOPTICAL (00907.HK) announced that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group, Dongchuang Xintou Development Co., Ltd. (Dongchuang Xintou), has been registered in Hong Kong. Dongchuang Xintou intends to (i) mainly engage in the development and sales of businesses related to alcoholic beverages and food seasonings, and (ii) establish different subsidiaries in the domestic market to develop businesses related to alcoholic beverages, eyewear, and Gold jewelry. The company believes that these developments are expected to expand the scale of its Business and Operation as well as its potential business diversification.
