In the business process, using an extensive AI interactive terminal network spread across China, combined with technology-supported online platforms, we can enable target consumers to have a convenient and fun experience when trying out and obtaining the FMCG products we provide, while successfully seeking and completing necessary interactions and feedback. Specifically, we develop terminals and equip them with various modules to enable interactive functions with AI, big data, and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies that are essential for successful marketing activities, including smell emission, motion recognition, and voice interaction, making efficient and interactive machine marketing services possible. We integrate offline and online channels to form a complete integrated system to provide consumers with a fun FMCG experience and provide brands with multi-channel, one-stop, and closed-loop marketing services. All of these are driven by our technical capabilities to achieve high efficiency and accuracy. Our AI interactive terminal network is placed at strategically selected locations to serve as offline touchpoints for consumers to understand, reach and/or receive FMCG products we provide and as terminals to complete certain gaming tasks to obtain relevant FMCG products. At the same time, our online platforms (including the “Funa” mobile app and WeChat Mini Program) enable us to attract and retain target consumers. Through these platforms, we can easily receive information on our recent FMCG marketing activities, complete set online tasks, place orders or pay trial discounts, and then pick up the goods.
