Fujikon Industrial Reaches Settlement With Major Customer Over Headphones Quality Issue
Fujikon Ind (00927.HK) has signed a settlement agreement with the client.
On December 9th, Glonghui announced that FUJIKON IND (00927.HK) had a discussion with the client on December 2, 2024, to amicably resolve the sound headset quality issue in order to maintain a long-term business relationship and strengthen future business cooperation. Accordingly, a settlement agreement was signed between the group and the client on December 7, 2024. The client informed that the main cause of the quality issue was a fault in the Battery supplied by the supplier. According to the settlement agreement, both parties agreed (including) that the group will compensate the client through the following means: (i) payment of Cash in multiple batches totaling 11,650 by October 30, 2025.
