On August 26, Gelonghui announced that Li Yiming has resigned as (i) the company's secretary; (ii) the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) the authorized representative of the company to accept service of process or notice in Hong Kong in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules. After the resignation, Li will remain as the company's CFO. Xu Jiayuan has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from 2024.

New Sparkleroll (00970) announced that all the respective prerequisites of the subscription agreement had been met and the subscription matters were completed on July 31, 2024, in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement. The subscriber has been issued a total of 74.8794 million subscription shares, equivalent to approximately 15.97% of the total issued shares after the completion of the subscription matters, at a subscription price of HKD 0.64 per share. The net proceeds from the subscription is approximately HKD 46.4 million.

New Sparkleroll (00970) announced that on July 19, 2024, the company and the subscribers respectively entered into two subscription agreements. The subscribers conditionally agreed to subscribe and the company conditionally agreed to allot and issue a total of 74.8794 million subscription shares at a subscription price of HK$0.64 per share. The subscription shares represent approximately 15.97% of the total number of issued shares after the completion of the enlarged issued share capital by way of allotment and issue of the subscription shares.
