International Entertainment to Log Wider Loss in Fiscal H1
INT'L ENT (01009.HK) expects a mid-term shareholder loss of no less than 90 million Hong Kong dollars.
On February 21, Glonghui reported that INT'L ENT (01009.HK) announced that the group expects to record increased revenue and gross profit for the six-month period ending December 31, 2024; however, the group anticipates a loss attributable to Shareholders of no less than 90 million HKD for this period, compared to a loss of approximately 36.1 million HKD attributable to Shareholders in the previous period. The loss attributable to the company's owners for this period is mainly due to (including) the following factors: (i) increased general and administrative expenses, mainly due to the group starting from May 9, 2024, according to the entertainment and gambling licenses granted on September 27, 2023.
