Flying Fish Technology International Co., Ltd. was registered and established in March 2014. The history of the Group can be traced back to January 2009, when it established the Company's first Chinese operating entity, Xiamen Guanghuan Information Technology Co., Ltd., in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, China, and began to engage in online game development business. The company is also a holding company for other Chinese operating entities. The company is a high-tech enterprise engaged in game development and operation. In December 2013, the Group acquired 100% of the shares of Kailuo World, the developer of the Tower Defense casual mobile game series Defend Radish. Feiyu Technology International Co., Ltd. was officially established in 2014. At present, the group has several professional game development teams. As of June 30, 2014, our total number of employees reached 255, of which 75.3% were R&D personnel. The Group has successfully developed several games with a good reputation, and has received many awards and recognitions for the quality and popularity of its products and services.
