On June 11th, GeLongHui reports that C.Banner (01028.HK) has announced a very significant sale of the entire issued share capital of HoHeng International Group Limited ("HoHeng"). The company (as the seller) and Huaxin Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (as the buyer) entered into a share purchase agreement on June 18, 2020, concerning the purchase and sale of all the issued share capital of HoHeng. The company, Xuzhou Grabdeal, Meihong Footwear, and Nanjing Meilihua have also entered into a debt framework agreement. According to the debt framework agreement, Nanjing Meilihua is obligated to repay Xuzhou Grabdeal for debts during the period when Nanjing Meilihua was still a subsidiary of the Group.
