Daiwa: Maintains 'buy' rating on CKI Holdings. Positive results from Ofwat's draft decision.
Daiwa released a research report stating that the draft decision on regulated water assets released by the Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat) in the United Kingdom is positive for the Northumbrian Water project under CKI Holdings (01038). If NW appeals to Ofwat, it will further boost the bullish sentiment. The report reaffirms the belief that CKI's stock price will outperform the market in the third quarter and maintains a "buy" rating. The report states that Ofwat has preliminarily formulated that NW can increase its price to 460 British pounds before 2029-2030, and 415 British pounds before 2024-2025; during 2025-2030, it will receive a total subsidy of 57 british pounds.

Looking at the entire week, the Hang Seng Index rose by 2.77%, the H Share Index rose by 2.36%, and the Hang Seng Tech Index rose by 5.15%.
